Beatification of Guadalupe – May 18, 2019
Born in Madrid, Guadalupe Ortiz de Landázuri met Saint Josemaria in 1944 and decided to dedicate her life to finding God in her professional work and spreading the message of the universal call to holiness. With initiative and trust in God, she helped many people find joy, through her work teaching chemistry, her close friendships with people of all walks of life, and through the centers of Christian formation, including domestic work and by promoting social projects.
